Yerly (“Yerly”, “we”, “us”) takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes the personal data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use the Yerly service.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (encrypted via Clerk)
- Business data: Google Business Profile information — name, address, phone, hours, photos, Place ID
- Performance data: impressions, interactions, and search data from Google
- Usage data: sign-in timestamps, IP address, browser and device information
- Payment data: processed by LemonSqueezy — we do not store card information
2. How we use your data
- To provide and improve the service
- To generate AI-assisted replies and content
- To compute performance and ranking analytics
- To comply with legal obligations
- To send important service notifications
3. Data sharing (subprocessors)
We rely on the following trusted third-party services to deliver Yerly:
- Clerk — authentication
- Neon (PostgreSQL) — database
- Vercel — hosting
- Upstash Redis — rate limiting and caching
- Sentry — error monitoring
- OpenAI — AI content generation
- DataForSEO — SERP and search data
- Zernio — Google Business Profile API
- LemonSqueezy — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
4. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Certain data may be retained longer where required by law.

6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production systems is strictly controlled and audited.

Yerly uses strictly necessary cookies for session management and core service delivery. We ask for your consent before setting any optional analytics cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email.
