By using Yerly you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Service description
Yerly is a self-service SaaS platform that helps business owners manage their Google Business Profile — generate AI-assisted replies, schedule posts, track rankings, and monitor visibility.
2. Account responsibility
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Sharing accounts with third parties is not permitted
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Yerly to:
- Generate or manipulate fake reviews
- Produce illegal content
- Attack, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service
- Access other users' accounts without authorization
- Send spam, phishing, or similar malicious activity
4. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions renew automatically. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. For refund requests please see our Refund Policy or contact billing@yerly.app.
5. Third-party integrations
Yerly integrates with third-party services including Google Business Profile, OpenAI, DataForSEO, and Zernio. Yerly is not responsible for outages or restrictions from those services.
6. AI-generated content
All AI-generated replies, posts, and content produced by Yerly are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it is published to your Google Business Profile.
7. Limitation of liability
Yerly is provided “as is”. Yerly is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. Yerly reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email.
