Refund Policy

At Yerly we want every business owner to feel confident trying our product. This page explains exactly when and how you can request a refund.
1. 7-day free trial
Every new Yerly account starts with a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will never be charged.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan and decide Yerly is not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first paid charge, no questions asked. We will refund 100% of that initial charge to the original payment method.
3. Recurring renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose). Renewal charges are not covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription before the renewal date through your account's billing portal.
4. How to request a refund
Email us at support@yerly.io from the email address associated with your Yerly account, with:
- Your account email
- The order ID from your LemonSqueezy receipt
- (Optional) A short note telling us what didn't work — your feedback helps us improve
Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Yerly account under Profile → Subscription, or directly through the customer portal provided by our payment processor (LemonSqueezy). After cancellation you retain access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period.
6. Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the initial paid charge
- Subscription renewals (cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges)
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback — we resolve nearly every refund request within 24 hours. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account termination and forfeiture of any data export rights.
